SSDS has been very active in the field of pharmaceuticals, both in the hands-on implementation and reform of programs, and in assessments and evaluations of various pharmaceutical sector issues.
Staff members have worked on projects in these areas: the policy and regulatory framework, overall and specific financing, cost effective choices, procurement methods and strategies, logistics management, prescribing and patient compliance, and social marketing directed at behavior change.
