Ms. Niangoran joined SSDS in November, 2009, and works as Program Manager with the ERCACI project in Abidjan. She is a citizen of Cote d'Ivoire.
Her principal area of expertise is Project and Program Management, including: Program identification and design; Strategic and operational planning; Monitoring and Evaluation; Identification of collaborating agencies; and Resource Management. She is also skilled in Financial Management, including: Financial analysis and administration; Developing measures to support investment decisions; Management of costs, and budgetary control and monitoring; and developing tools for monitoring investment performance.
Ms. Niangoran holds a Maitrise des Sciences de Gestion (Master's in Management Science) from the University of Cocody (2006), and a Diplome d'Etudes Superieures Professionnelles (Graduate Studies Diploma) in Project Management from the Centre Universitaire de Formation Professionnelle (2005). She has also completed a number of advanced professional training courses related to Management by Results, Human-rights-based planning, Gender-oriented Planning and Budgeting, Women-and-Children Situation Analysis, and Local Participatory Planning.
She comes to SSDS from the Ministry of Planning and Development, where she was responsible for Research, working on the management of project and program planning related to development strategies and feasibility studies, and on Monitoring and Evaluation of the Social Policy Programme related to UNICEF/Cote d'Ivoire development assistance. Previously, she has worked in accounting with the private sector.
